ABSTRACT
********
This session will present one K-12 school division’s approach to the use of videoconference technology to enhance classroom instruction, expand choices for students, provide professional development for staff, and provide special services for students requiring assistance. The focus will be on strategies used to meet the needs of a small student population spread over a large geographic area. This session will examine the creation of courses using partnerships with external agencies and the steps taken toward a blended form of learning as well as the use of external expertise to enhance traditional classroom instruction.
